It was a drizzly morning in late October and most of the fields were tilled under. When I pulled into the farm in the morning, I was initially a little dissapointed in the weather and the lack of fields full of flowers...but within a minute of entering the studio, meeting Jax and being welcomed, my outlook changed. It was just the perfect time of year and weather for the class, farm and entire experience. They are so generous with their knowledge and products. The fields may have been tilled prepped for winter, but the buckets of flowers in the class were fragrant and plentiful. Highly reccommend (obviously!)."
